The Providence Sky Chiefs (8-2) defeated the ( 1-3) Bronx Holy Flames 132-107 on Saturday night at Brown's Pizzitola Center. Providence has now won two straight games after having their six game winning streak snapped a couple of weeks ago.
"It was a good team win, we did a lot of good things tonight. We are learning that we are better when we run so, it was a good win" said Sky Chiefs head coach Kyle Ivey-Jones after the game.

The Sky Chiefs led 40-23 after the first quarter and then 72-50 at the half and cruised in the second half to the win. The closest the Holy Flames were able to get was 11, midway through the third quarter.
Providence was led by DaRonn Scott and Kelvin Davis who each netted 21 points in the game. Shane DaRosa followed up with 20 points of his own in the victory.
Road Trip.
The Sky Chiefs now hit the road for a couple of games, playing in Staten Island on January 3 and in the Bronx on January 4 followed by back to back games in Miami.
Providence returns home on January 17 when they host Staten Island.
