He stated that he is not aware of any association between VACCARO and reputed organized crime types, such as RAYMOND L.S. PATRIARCA and GENNARO ANGIULLO.”

He recalled that REDACTED was at the Chalet Restaurant on one occasion that he did place a bet with REDACTED recalled that this was during the football season and that he believes that REDACTED lost on the bet.”
