There is a growing gap in pay between the genders on the staff of Governor Gina Raimondo.

According to records secured by GoLocalProv.com through an Access to Public Records Request -- women on her staff are now paid 25 percent less than men. This is a major increase in the pay gap since she took office -- up from 14 percent in January of 2015.
