Attached are more than 100 pages of documents from the petitioner's filing in Superior Court for bankruptcy of the St. Joseph Health Services pension fund. The fund presently has assets of approximately $85 million and a shortfall of $43 million according to court documents and the court appointed receiver, attorney Stephen Del Sesto.
