Following the revelation on Tuesday that the United States Senate won't be voting this week on legislation to repeal Obamacare, Rhode Island native and DC political consultant Spencer Sullivan spoke to what he sees as next steps for the Republicans. 
 
"You have [the] conservative wing and more moderates, what you want to track is the money," Sullivan told GoLocal's Kate Nagle on GoLocal LIVE on Tuesday. "With the CBO score -- $320 billion will be saved from budget -- which gives McConnell some money to play with, to either make the conservatives happy, or the moderates happy."
 
"If you want to see where this will lead, in terms of low hanging fruit -- it seems conservatives are more open to this than a [Senator] Collins who, might need more," said Sullivan.
