(add)ventures and Miami-Based Prism Group Join in a Strategic Alliance
Monday, April 10, 2017
Providence-based (add)ventures, a multidisciplinary brand communications firm, and Prism Group, Inc., a public relations and special events company in Miami, have joined together in a strategic alliance to offer "more competitive end-to-end solutions" to companies that market in Latin America {LATAM) and to the U.S. Hispanic population across the country.
The recently signed agreement formalizes their work in Latin America, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean for clients such as Acer, Alcatel, Lexmark, Samsung and Welch-Allyn.
"Our Miami hub was launched five years ago to help our client partners succeed in the U.S. Hispanic market. As we became entrenched in the community, we discovered that Miami is truly the commerce capital of Latin America. (add)ventures Miami soon became a LATAM Gateway for U.S. Companies looking to enter those markets in an insightful, and brand cultural way," said Steve Rosa, President/CEO of (add)ventures.
(add)ventures is an award-winning, which was founded in Providence, now has offices in Miami, FL and New York City, NY, and has partnerships with firms in Argentina and Estonia.
“It has been such a positive and prolific relationship that we are taking it to the next level by living together,” said Stephen Rosa, president and chief executive officer of (add)ventures. “Our new blended family in Miami will be supported by (add)ventures’ New England and New York City offices and both firms’ teams in LATAM.”
“Rooted in public relations and events, we are extremely proud of our heritage within this evolving industry landscape and honor being in the message and idea business,” said Julissa Nova, president of Prism Group, Inc. “We look forward to a fruitful alliance with a company who shares the same vision as we do, and are confident that the synergy will meet and exceed the needs of our clients.”
“Further integrating our teams extends our LATAM reach while creating richer brand communication solutions for our client partners,” said Joel Velez, managing director, strategy/creative of (add)ventures Miami. “It’s better working more efficiently while having even more fun doing it.”
